How soon can I rent a breast pump or a baby scale?
Rentals orders that are completed prior to 5pm can be picked up the same day at our location in southeast Aurora.
Do you offer delivery on pump rentals?
Yes! We offer weekday courier delivery on both pumps and scales.
Same day delivery is available in the Denver metro area for rentals completed by noon. Rentals completed after noon may be scheduled for delivery the next weekday. Delivery service to communities outside the metro area must be ordered by 9am for same day delivery.
Please keep in mind that you or a family member must be present to sign for the delivery as equipment cannot be left unattended!
Can you deliver to the hospital?
Yes! We are happy to provide delivery to the hospital.
You must be available to take delivery in person or have a family member who can meet the courier in valet upon arrival.
I don’t see my zip code to order delivery on the order form, can I still get a pump delivered?
Yes! We are happy to provide delivery to outlying communities. Please text us at 720-482-0109 for a fee quote.
How do I return my rented scale or rented pump?
We offer several return options for your convenience! We can send a courier to pick up your rental (fee varies by location), you can drop off Mon-Sat in the DTC, or you can drop off any day 8am-8pm in SE Aurora. Clients who reside out of town can ship equipment back UPS insured. Please text us at 720-482-0109 for a return courier quote or for the drop off/shipping addresses.
